Our Live Chat & Ticket Hours:


We do not keep a tab open actively watching our tickets & chat, our agents check then every 20 minutes or every new message, however we do have desktop notifications for chat messages. Our operators duty is not just support, they have other duties such as Discord Moderation, and handling our Appeals system.

We are sorry for any waits. Min respond time for chat is 5-15 minutes, Tickets is 30m-2h, or up to 48 hours.
